Yoga Activities for Speech and Language

Hello friends! Last September I started my 200 hour registered yoga teacher training.  It was an amazing, demanding, and life-changing experience! It averaged 2 weekends per month for 6 months. Needless to say, it was also time consuming. During that time I took a big step back from Speechasaurus because I needed to stay afloat in all other areas of my life. However, now that is over and I have created a product that fuses two things I absolutely love together-yoga and speech therapy!  Not familiar with yoga? No problem-I got your back! This packet breaks all of the poses down step by step in a child-friendly way!

Yoga has so many health benefits. When we introduce yoga to children, we are introducing healthy lifestyle concepts and getting kids excited about physical and mental wellness-how cool is that?! I love anything that gets my students up and moving during therapy sessions! This activity packet will do just that. This packet has 16 colored pages (yoga pose visuals and cue cards) and the rest of the packet is black and white and very low prep!
